The quest to secure the Bail of UCHECHUKWU KINGSLEY, the client of the ABSU Law Clinic has witnessed a setback as the Judge dismissed the bail application on the 7th day of July 2014, reason being that there is no special circumstance in the case for him to grant bail .So therefore the accused should face the full Trial while in custody . The Judge further Adjourned the matter to the 30th day of July 2014
